A couple days ago I performed a compression test all six showed 155-165 psi. Test had been performed after, we'll say some spirited driving for about an hour and then let cool down for about and hour. Today I perform the test and all cylinders but the 6th are at only 130 psi, the 6th is at 150 psi. This time however I only let the car warm to operating temprature while at idle and run there for just a few minutes before testing. Common sense tells me what I see is normal for the warm up cycle. I also suspect the no 6 cylinder is reading higher because it warms up faster due to my coolant passages not being cleared yet. What are you guys seeing, am I right on this or way off or is something else at play?
